Having previously heard Fiona speak knowledgably about the menopause, I was delighted when she agreed to speak at our quarterly HR Forum. Several clients joined the meeting and Fiona provided us all with an overview of what to expect during the perimenopause years so that we could learn what those in the workplace might be experiencing. Fiona also gave us practical advice regarding how managers can support their team members during this period of their working lives.
Afterwards we received excellent feedback and the session resulting in Fiona being invited to a client’s workplace to educate and support their managers and individuals. I have since referred Fiona to other clients and again their feedback has been very positive.
We invited Fiona to speak on the topic of Menopause at our staff conference day. She delivered three highly informative and relatable awareness talks with utmost professionalism. Her presentation was ‘to the point’ and tailored to the needs of her audience. Colleagues were truly impressed by her calm and friendly persona and her expert subject knowledge. Following the talks, Fiona made herself available to answer any questions and offer advice to anyone that needed it. Thank you Fiona for your part in what was a very successful day!

I went to see Fiona as I was struggling with symptoms of the menopause. Fiona has helped me understand the changes happening in my body giving me the confidence and knowledge to go and see my GP and ask to be put on HRT. In our weekly sessions Fiona has advised me how to make lifestyle changes in nutrition and exercise to keep me fit and healthy. Fiona is very approachable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable.
